• A rider may only qualify one horse for the Final and the competition is open to both A and AA riders. The horse/rider combinations must complete the course in the first round clear to be eligible for a qualifying place.
• A rider may only qualify one horse for the Final. The horse eligible to compete in the Final is the first horse to qualify. No substitution allowed.
• It should be noted however this year all are eligible to compete except those who have won this championship since 2011 (i.e. within the last 5 years).
