NATIONAL TRAINING CLINIC 2016
1^ST -3^RD AUGUST 2016 
The National Training Clinic will take place in Cavan Equestrian Centre
Twenty one young riders will attend this year’s training clinic.
Each region will be represented by four members that have been selected at their regional selection day. 

The four riders of the highest placing (not selected as the first four at the regional selection day) will be selected once all regional assessments have been completed.

Ian Fearon will do the assessment in all the regions FOR 2016.

There will be one wild card place to be allocated by the National Training Committee.  This place will be allocated to a rider who may have been competing internationally at the time of selection in their region. To apply for this place the rider MUST apply in writing to the National Training Committee. In the event that the International place is not awarded the place will be allocated to the next highest placed rider after the regional selection day.

Each rider will need two horses to attend the clinic.  The Committee appreciates that this may not be possible for all riders and therefore recommend that riders should get a loan of a second horse and that they ride and compete on the animal regularly.
